Al Masaood Trading, a subsidiary of Al Masaood Oil & Gas in
Dubai & the Northern Emirates, got awarded by Enerpac –
global manufacturer of premium mechanical and hydraulic
equipment – for the Best Authorised Enerpac Service Centre in
the Middle Eastern region.
The award came under the occasion of the yearly audit conducted
by the manufacturer upon its foreign partners, considering that
the Wisconsin based company is under an agency agreement
(exclusive partnership) with the local leading industrial
supplier for the UAE territory since 1997. The annual audit was
conducted by Mr. Timo and Mr. Hassan Ibrahim (Area Sales
Manager, Enerpac).
Al Masaood Trading scored with a
total of 92% for its recently upgraded Service Centre located in
Al Qusais Industrial Area 5, which is now endorsed to “Level 2”
category. This confers the capability for the agent to provide
written warranties to its clientele in addition to performing
trainings on Enerpac specialized tools.

Repair Services of Hydraulic Cylinders, Torque Wrenches,
Hydraulic Pumps, Calibration Services, Load Testing and Weighing
Services, in addition to training and certifying end users.
